Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • - Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.
  • - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
  • - Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • - Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
  • Customer & Partner Management:
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • - Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • - Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
  • - Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
  • - Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
  • - Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • - Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • - Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service enhancements.
  • - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).
  • - Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • - Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 1. Bachelor or master degree or above, major in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation preferred.
  • 2. Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick and accurate decisions and implement effective solutions in complex or urgent situations.
  • 3. Some work experience and basic understanding of the new energy market.
  • 4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; ability to communicate directly with foreign clients; multilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • 5. Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, promote collaboration, willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.
