Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
- Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback to influence product development. Lead and mentor sales teams, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
- Strong decision-making skills to handle complex situations and urgent issues effectively.
- Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
- Proficiency in English for communication with foreign clients; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to accept overseas travel; candidates with overseas experience are preferred.
