Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. Collaborate with supporting functions to generate demand and convert leads.
  2. Customer & Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns collaboratively with support and operations teams.
  3. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track regional performance metrics and utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities.
  4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Solutions, Marketing, and Hardware teams to align sales efforts. Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.
  5. Team Leadership & Development: Lead and motivate sales teams, set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation.
  2. Strong decision-making skills to handle complex and urgent situations effectively.
  3. Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
  4. Proficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively with clear objectives, and willingness to travel overseas. Overseas work experience is preferred.
