SAPA - Superior Automotive Parts and Application in Benevento, Campania, Italy, seeks a Sustainability Specialist to join our Group Compliance and ESG Division. You will develop and implement the sustainability strategy, define ESG KPIs, and support reporting and stakeholder engagement.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement and Finance to embed sustainable practices, manage data, and coordinate ESG audits, CSRD/ESRS disclosures, and communications with internal and external

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Admin, Management Engineering, or related field.
1 year experience in sustainability-related roles in manufacturing or consulting.
Basic knowledge of CSRD/ESRS standards and major ESG reporting frameworks.
Understanding of Carbon Footprint methodologies (Scope 1-3).
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken English (B2).
Ability to manage priorities, deadlines and cross-functional projects.

Support the definition and implementation of the Group sustainability strategy through ESG projects.
Assist in defining and monitoring ESG KPIs and targets.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, Procurement, Finance to embed sustainable practices.
Coordinate data collection and ESG ratings, audits and questionnaires.
Prepare sustainability reporting, CSRD/ESRS disclosures, and GRI reporting.
Prepare presentations and communications for stakeholders.
Monitor sustainability legislation and support regulatory requirements.
