Hitachi Rail cerca un Ingegnere di Progettazione Funzionale ERTMS, motivato e autonomo, per garantire lo sviluppo del sistema di segnalamento in conformità ai requisiti e alle norme. La posizione è basata a Genova o Napoli.

Il candidato ideale ha laurea in Ingegneria e fino a 5 anni di esperienza RAMS/V&V, buona conoscenza dell'inglese e disponibilità a brevi viaggi. Conoscenza EN50128 utile. Opportunità in un gruppo globale.

Responsibilities

• Garantire la consegna del sistema e dei sottosistemi di segnalamento in conformità ai requisiti e al budget.
• Definire lo Studio di Validazione (V&V) e implementare attività V&V secondo ROM/RAMS.
• Produrre documenti V&V a livello di sistema e sottosistema in collaborazione con altre funzioni RAMS e fornitori esterni.
• Supportare attività V&V durante progetti, gare d'appalto e consegna.
• Garantire indipendenza nella definizione e implementazione delle attività V&V in conformità agli standard.

Job Description:

Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated ERTMS FUNCTIONAL DESIGN ENGINEER who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Genoa or Naples, Italy.

Accountabilities

• Guarantee delivery of system and subsystem Signalling solution in compliance with Signalling system and subsystem requirements, and in accordance with quality, project schedule and budget
• Guarantee the definition of the Signalling system and subsystem Validation Test Specification and the implementation of the Signalling system and subsystem V&V activities according to the RAMS governance directions and to the Company processes and guidelines.
• Guarantee delivery of project V&V documents at Signalling system and subsystem level in cooperation with the other RAMS functions, Engineering, Operation & Maintenance and external suppliers.
• Support V&V activities through participation to projects, bidding and delivery phases: Signalling system and subsystem V&V planning, attendance to design reviews with suppliers, attendance to the field tests.
• Support that subsystems suppliers provide V&V evidence.
• Guarantee the delivery of the Signalling system and subsystem V&V report
• Ensure the proper level of independence in the definition and implementation of the Signalling system and subsystem V&V activities in compliance with applicable standards and SILs.
• Ensure technical support to RAMS Managers for management and interface of Independent Safety Assessor, Employer and External Authorities.
• Ensure the provision of schedule and cost progress to relevant RAMS Manager
• Ensure the definition of the requirements and expected features for the testing environments/tools, needed to execute the Signalling system and subsystem Validation activities.

Required Skills/ Knowledge

• Compliance with project schedules
• Cost and quality of deliverables (based on respect of budget and approval or number of non compliance of Client/Assessor)
• Effective support to PE/WPL SIG / RAMS Manager/SiG RAMS
• Up to 5 years of RAMS and/or V&V experience
• Availability to short travels
• Desired past experience with in testing and validation activities of ERTMS systems
• Proficiency in application of Testing and Validation Process for complex systems, preferably of railway systems in compliance with the processes defined in EN50128

Education/Qualifications

Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering or Information Technology

Languages

Fluent Knowledge of English (written & spoken).

Alla posizione si applica il vigente CCNL per l’industria metalmeccanica privata e l’installazione di impianti, con inquadramento nel livello B1, ai sensi della relativa disciplina di classificazione del personale. Retribuzione annua lorda compresa tra 33.000€ e 38.000€.
