Competenze

Overview

We are looking for an ERP Specialist to join our team in Zola Predosa and play a key role in the continuous improvement of our business systems. The position entails designing and maintaining tailored and industry-specific ERP solutions, working closely with business units to gather requirements and define specifications, supporting initiatives to enhance the management system, and overseeing performance monitoring and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Functional and technical analysis of business processes related to ERP
• Development and maintenance of custom and vertical ERP solutions
• Collaboration with business departments for requirements gathering and specification definition
• Support in managing projects for the evolution of the management system
• Monitoring and optimization of system performance

Qualifications, Skills & Attitudes

• A Degree in Management / Computer Engineering will represent a valuable plus
• Knowledge of at least one ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Oracle, …)
• Experience in software development (e.g., SQL, .NET, Java, or ERP specific languages)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork attitude and ability to communicate with internal users
