For one of the world's largest producers and marketers of fresh fruit and vegetables, we are looking for an ERP Senior Business Analyst.

Position Overview

The Senior Business Analyst has a strong background in ERP (with a strong preference for JDEdwards EntepriseOne) implementation projects and possesses project management skills, and a good understanding of integration systems and paradigms. The role involves working on both business-as-usual activities and evolutionary projects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage end-to-end ERP improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
2. Analyze business processes and requirements to develop detailed functional specifications for ERP solutions.
3. Design, configure, and test ERP modules to meet business needs, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
4. Provide expert guidance on ERP integration with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
5. Conduct comprehensive system and user acceptance testing and deliver training to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
6. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, process maps, and user manuals.
7. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
8. Guarantee business continuity through troubleshooting issues and providing advanced support to users, both directly and with third-party support.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. Education: University degree in information technology or related field or equivalent work experience.
2. English: Intermediate.
3. Experience: Minimum 5 years as Business/ERP Analyst on ERP implementation or improvement projects.
4. Previous Positions (Preferably): ERP Senior Consultant / Analyst.

• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems is required; applicants with extensive JDEdwards experience are strongly preferred.
• Good and diversified knowledge of at least three of the following areas: procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, logistics, and financial processes.
• Proficiency in understanding and implementing systems integrations.
• Experience with SQL, report writing, and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Travel Requirement: Occasional travel will be required.
