ERP SENIOR APPLICATION CONSULTANT
Il Senior Consultant collabora con clienti e partner in qualità di esperto, per applicazioni e / o progetti di consolidamento gestionale.
In collaborazione con il PM, assume la guida del Cliente, offre soluzioni adeguate ai problemi e prende decisioni sul percorso da seguire. Funge da collegamento tra il cliente e il team IT. Il suo lavoro consiste nel contatto diretto con il Cliente al fine di raccogliere le sue esigenze IT, fornire soluzioni a problemi, fornire formazione.
Il team IT lavora sulla base delle informazioni da lui fornite. Facilita i workshop di progettazione, presentando opzioni e osservazioni che dimostrano un approccio pro attivo.
