Job Description

The ERP Developer Junior is responsible for assisting in designing, developing, and maintaining ERP applications to meet business needs. They work under supervision to support functional analysts, business users, and IT teams to ensure ERP systems operate effectively and integrate with other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, customizing, and enhancing ERP applications and modules.
• Support the writing and optimization of SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts.
• Help implement system integrations between ERP and other enterprise applications.
• Contribute to developing reports, dashboards, and data analytics solutions.
• Assist in troubleshooting and debugging ERP system issues.
• Support data integrity, security, and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Document development work, including system specifications and technical guides.
• Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in ERP development are a plus.
• Basic proficiency in ERP development languages such as SAP ABAP, Oracle PL / SQL, or Workday Studio.
• Familiarity with ERP integration technologies like REST APIs and SOAP.
• Basic database management skills, including SQL and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools.
• Understanding of ERP security and compliance.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to Agile, DevOps, and CI / CD practices.
