Work Schedule

7 1/2 hr shift

Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure flawless operation.
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain world-class production standards.
• Collaborate with the operations team to determine maintenance priorities and successfully implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation strictly in compliance with company protocols.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring it meets our ambitious operational standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues from a diverse group of backgrounds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays.
