Our Manufacturing Engineering department in Nonantola is looking for a new resource to join our organization. The selected candidate will be involved in the development and design of new production equipment and systems, contributing to the definition, implementation, and monitoring of technical solutions in the field of equipment design, both through innovative technologies such as additive manufacturing (3D printing) and traditional methods. The role includes participation in short, medium, and long-term strategic projects, focused not only on defining investment strategies but also on driving daily continuous improvement of production processes, with the goal of achieving productivity, quality, and safety targets.
