Job Description

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing is seeking to strengthen our European Sustainability Team with an Environmental Management System (EMS) Responsible based in Vimodrone (MI).

Responsibilities:

  • Support the European Environment & Sustainability Manager in developing the EMS in line with ISO14001;
  • Participate in ISO14001 internal and external audits;
  • Monitor and update the European Legislative Compliance register;
  • Collect and analyze CO2 emissions and ESG data;
  • Assist sites in identifying and implementing decarbonization strategies;
  • Conduct environmental training activities;
  • Support the harmonization of HSE processes.

Additional activities may be involved in the future.

Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering, Management, or Natural Sciences;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English;
  • Experience with ISO14001 or similar standards (preferred);
  • Experience in an environment-related role (preferred);
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Resilient and open-minded attitude.
