Job Opportunity : Environmental and Safety Manager

RIMOND provides unique end-to-end solutions for built assets throughout their lifecycle.

We seek an Environmental and Safety Manager to define health, safety, and environment procedures, coordinate information, and implement the integrated quality system in Milan.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct risk assessments in compliance with Italian regulations and identify risk factors.
• Develop preventive measures, control systems, and occupational and environmental safety protocols.
• Manage safety management suppliers and collaborate with regulatory bodies.
• Evaluate supplier compliance with company policies and draft works councils.
• Implement and maintain the Integrated Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO standards compliance.

Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Previous construction and auditing experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, occupational safety, and ISO standards.
