Capgemini Invent in Milano seeks a seasoned Business Technology Lead to drive enterprise transformation, guiding cloud, data and AI initiatives and shaping the technology core for client success.

You will partner with CEOs and COOs, design target architectures, oversee multi-cloud roadmaps, and lead program governance while building a capable BTECH team.

Fluent English and 12–15+ years of experience are valued; remote work options and professional development are part of the offering.

Competenze

• Extensive experience in IT Strategy and Digital Transformation.
• Deep knowledge of cloud strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Proven leadership in large-scale programs.
• Fluent English; international experience valued.

Mansioni

• Define and lead the BTECH strategy within Enterprise Transformation programs (IT Strategy, Digital Core, Architecture, Platform & Tech Operating Model).
• Design and govern target architectures and transformation roadmaps (cloud, data, AI, ERP, core systems).
• Lead complex IT & Digital Transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business ambition, architecture and delivery.
