Then come in and join our global team as Enterprise Service Manager to drive and enhance the local enterprise services business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement strategic business guidelines and ensure implementation of the strategy for the Business Line in Italy.
  2. Act as a link between ES Country Strategy and HQ ES team.
  3. Drive the Enterprise services business in Italy: revenue, sales, costs.
  4. Develop customer relationships including C-level to drive value partnerships with selected private and public clients.
  5. Drive the market development activities as PPP (public private partnership) and value partnership.
  6. Drive internal knowledge and foster collaboration across business areas.
  7. Drive solution and bid management for large and complex deals.
  8. Active participation in EMEA initiatives and activities (e.g., congresses, task forces on specific topics or business).

Your qualifications and experiences:

  1. Biomedical Engineering or Financial/Commercial background.
  2. Knowledge of healthcare public and private market.
  3. Preferable previous experience in managing large and complex deals.
  4. People management experience.
  5. Sales Experience.

Your attributes and skills:

  1. Helicopter-view in managing business and identifying new opportunities.
  2. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills and consultancy mindset.
  3. Advanced business models knowledge.
  4. Out-of-the-box attitude in developing new business opportunities.
  5. Excellent knowledge of English language and Italian mother tongue.
  6. C-Level relationship management.
  7. Excellent influencing skills both internal and external (to the market).
  8. Leadership skills to engage people across business areas.
