Responsibilities
  1. Develop a business plan to meet and surpass annual sales targets while expanding in a competitive market.
  2. Manage Protect & Grow strategies and focus on acquiring new clients.
  3. Sell directly and collaborate closely with strategic alliance and channel partners.
  4. Leverage comparable software sales experience to understand challenges within assigned accounts and provide credible advice.
  5. Embody Blue Prism’s customer success and people-first culture.
  6. Understand customer needs and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance market positioning and customer satisfaction.
  7. Maintain accurate sales pipeline and revenue forecasts, with personal ownership of sales activities.
  8. Communicate Blue Prism’s value proposition effectively through presentations, managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Proven success in transformational sales at the C-Suite level.
  2. Positive mindset, high energy, and driven to achieve targets.
  3. Experience working with the Public Sector.
  4. Strong financial and business acumen.
  5. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  6. Experience developing go-to-market strategies for specific sectors or customers.
  7. Ability to build sales pipelines and forecast accurately.
  8. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and verbal, with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  9. Inquisitive and tenacious in competitive environments.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and partners.
  11. Capable of working under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Resilient and adaptable to change.

Additional Skills and Experience
  • Understanding of Enterprise technologies, RPA, and IA technologies is advantageous.
