The Role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage part of the Kampaay customer portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for our clients, aiming to understand their business needs and serve as their event planning consultant, supported by our Operations team.

With your deep knowledge of the event industry, you will advise our customers on planning their annual event calendar, ensuring quality and effectiveness through our platform.

Location

This is a hybrid role: the main office is in Milan, but we encourage frequent in-office presence.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage your customer portfolio to increase their spending with Kampaay.
  • Lead platform onboarding (up to 100+ users per company) and initial customer engagement to build long-term relationships.
  • Implement activities as per the customer contract to strengthen partnerships and serve as the key event contact (following a “One partner” approach).
  • Expand accounts to improve annual spending.
  • Monitor and forecast client wallet trends and performance.
  • Manage contract renewals.
  • Collect feedback to improve our service and platform.
  • Collaborate with Customer Key Operations on event delivery, expansion, and customer care.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8-10 years of experience as an Account/Event Manager, Key Account Manager, or similar in the event industry or related fields.
  • Solid experience in managing key accounts at a commercial level, maintaining client relationships, and supporting clients.
  • Strong client care skills.
  • In-depth understanding of event complexity, supplier needs, and budgeting to advise clients effectively.
  • Passion for digital innovation solutions and their application in the event industry.
  • Experience with digital solutions and a desire to learn about new innovations.
  • Native Italian speaker and fluent in English (B2+).
