Description

The Role

Our Enterprise Account Management team owns and manages our restaurant relationships. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants. We provide best-in-class support and act as restaurant consultants, using data-driven insights and industry knowledge to drive our partner restaurants’ growth. Our team is passionate, dynamic, and collaborative, working well cross-functionally with other departments. We are also personable and skilled at building relationships.

As an Enterprise Field Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of key enterprise restaurants in your territory, focusing on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability and revenue.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Conducting periodic in-store visits, managing operational meetings and reviews, and delivering insights during monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Increasing revenue and health metrics by consulting restaurant partners on best practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to drive business growth.

You will be based in Roma with a full remote contract, covering the Lazio, Umbria, and Abruzzo regions.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a commercial role, such as account management or sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent attention to detail, people skills, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools and related project management applications.
  • A self-starter capable of managing your own time and priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Driving license required.
