Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a District Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for selling across our comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of HCM solutions and make a real difference in the lives of clients. As a District Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to develop and implement your own account base strategy, focusing on Enterprise level New Business Accounts based in Rome, Italy.

You will be working closely with your sales leadership team to identify and address client needs in an evolving landscape of people management. Your key responsibilities will include creating, developing and maintaining effective business relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create, develop and maintain effective business relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing the sales cycle with senior decision makers, usually in Finance, HR / Payroll or IT service areas.
  • Identifying prospective clients / sales opportunities within your market segment and successfully sell the concept of outsourcing.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5-7 years sales experience solution selling within the HCM, Payroll Industry and SAAS.
  • Proven track record of identifying, hunting and closing new business.
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting and communication.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
