My client is a fast-growing global FinTech company offering products such as FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

As the company expands, it seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth of its embedded API solutions across European offices.

Are you ready to excel in a role where your sales expertise is key? As a Business Development Manager focusing on FX embedded finance and API solutions, you'll develop sales strategies based on client feedback and fintech trends. Joining our new team offers a robust business model and strong support infrastructure.

The Role:

  1. Drive growth through new client acquisition for embedded finance and API offerings, emphasizing FX solutions.
  2. Pitch and close deals with prospective clients, demonstrating seamless integration of FX solutions into their platforms to enhance services and cross-border transactions.
  3. Sell across Europe and collaborate with European offices.
  4. Manage customer relationships to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation.
  5. Provide accurate sales forecasts, focusing on embedded finance solutions uptake.
  6. Adhere to company sales methodologies and processes tailored for fintech.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. Strong sales background in fintech, preferably in FX, Payments, or embedded finance solutions.
  2. 5+ years in New Business Development within the Corporate and Enterprise sectors.
  3. Understanding of the FX or Payments ecosystem and sales processes.
  4. Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas simply.
  5. Skilled negotiator capable of building relationships at senior levels, especially in tech-driven environments.
