Job summary

Infinity Quest Limited is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization's architecture strategy, governance, and alignment of business and technology objectives. The role focuses on TOGAF-based methods, data architecture, and cloud transformation across a broad enterprise portfolio.

You will collaborate with C-level stakeholders to shape roadmaps, drive modernization, and ensure consistent architecture across data, infrastructure, security, and applications.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and drive the organization's enterprise architecture strategy, establish architecture governance, and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, IT strategy, cloud transformation, application portfolio management, and business and data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, establish, manage, and enforce enterprise architecture standards, principles, guidelines, and governance processes.
• Ensure architectural consistency, compliance, and alignment across enterprise technology initiatives.
• Drive architecture reviews and decision-making processes across the organization.
• Develop and maintain long-term IT and enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Lead high-level cloud migration assessments using industry-standard methodologies, including AWS 6Rs.
• Identify opportunities for technology modernization, optimization, and transformation.
• Lead enterprise application portfolio assessments and rationalization initiatives.
• Apply structured methodologies, such as Gartner's TIME framework, to evaluate and optimize the application landscape.
• Identify opportunities for application consolidation, modernization, and cost optimization.

4. Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Alignment

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Resolve strategic conflicts by balancing business priorities with IT and technology requirements.
• Ensure a unified architectural vision across data, infrastructure, security, and application teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide architecture initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks, particularly TOGAF.
• In-depth understanding of TOGAF ADM phases and the Enterprise Continuum.
• Ability to balance reusable architecture assets with business-specific and tailored solutions.

2. Technology & Data Architecture

• Ability to maintain a holistic view of the enterprise technology portfolio.
• Strong understanding of Data Architecture principles, including:
• Metadata Management
• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Data Ownership and Governance
• IT Inventory Management

3. Business Architecture

• Proven experience in business capability mapping using industry-specific frameworks such as BIAN.
• Strong understanding of business process modelling using BPMN.
• Ability to align business capabilities and processes with enterprise technology architecture.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Technology Business Management (TBM): Knowledge of TBM practices and experience with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models for strategic design optimization, technology consolidation, and cost transparency.
• Enterprise Architecture Team Building: Experience in establishing, developing, and scaling Enterprise Architecture teams and governance processes from the ground up.
• Enterprise Architecture Tools: Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar Enterprise Architecture management tools.
