The Enterprise Applications Project Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, management, and completion of projects supporting functionality within and across E-mobility's core ERP solution and any supporting applications and SaaS solutions. You will partner with project team members across business groups and vendors/contractors to develop project scope and use your project management skills to manage project roles, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables and execute. You will ensure effective communications and relationships between stakeholders and project team members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee SAP and SaaS enterprise applications implementation, maintenance, and end-to-end project/service lifecycles, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, contractors, and implementation partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Manage the adoption of change management by training end-users, developing documentation, and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity while migrating legacy systems and integrating with third-party applications.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
- Monitor and report key project metrics, including status updates, milestones, issues, and achievements to stakeholders and leadership.
Background
- Experience leading/managing global, large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills to communicate and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Experience managing relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and external consultants.
- Strong understanding of post-go-live support structures to ensure a smooth transition.
- Base understanding of Production Planning, Logistics, Transportation, Financial, Logistics, Product Development, HR, and related Materials Management processes and workflows.
- BS or MS in Industrial Production, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.
- 5+ years of experience in project management with 3+ years of specific experience as SAP Project or Program Manager.
- Must have experience in at least two (2) end to end S/4 HANA implementations and knowledge of the Activate methodology.
- Project/program management certifications: PMP/PgMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile (PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe POPM), or SAP specific certifications (SAP Activate) are highly preferred.
