Job summary

CoreView is seeking an AI Operations Engineer to design, build, and maintain AI-powered agents that automate internal workflows across departments. This role sits at the intersection of AI, processes, and automation, delivering scalable, secure solutions with human-in-the-loop oversight.

You will work across Support, Finance, HR, Marketing, Product, and Sales to translate operations bottlenecks into autonomous agents, ensuring reliable production outputs and governance.

Qualifications

• Proved experience in automation engineering or similar operational-technical roles.
• Strong understanding of LLMs and context engineering; ability to get reliable outputs in production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and iterate on internal AI agents and solutions.
• Define agent behaviors, guardrails, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Evaluate and own the company’s agentic workflow platform and integrations (APIs, MCP, connectors).
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance across all automated workflows.
