The company specializes in securing industrial control systems (ICS) and critical infrastructure across energy, manufacturing, transportation, and utilities sectors facing increasingly complex cyber threats. With cutting-edge technology built for the realities of operational environments, this client is defining the future of industrial cybersecurity. The Enterprise Account Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling customer adoption across Italy’s most strategic enterprise and public sector accounts. Role Overview The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with enterprise customers across Italy. This individual will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation to close—while serving as a strategic advisor on OT cybersecurity risks and solutions. The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian and English, has a strong background in cybersecurity or industrial technologies, and brings a proven track record of enterprise sales success in complex, consultative environments. Key Responsibilities Drive new logo acquisition and account growth across strategic Italian enterprise and industrial sectors Develop deep relationships with CISOs, IT / OT security leaders, plant managers, and operational executives Qualify opportunities, craft tailored value propositions, and manage the sales cycle through to close Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver value-driven solutions Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking via CRM systems Represent the company at local industry events, trade shows, and cybersecurity forums Stay informed on relevant threat landscapes, regulatory drivers (e.g., NIS2), and OT cybersecurity trends Support ongoing customer success and renewals by ensuring strong handoffs and maintaining executive alignment Qualifications Proven enterprise sales experience, with a strong preference for cybersecurity, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure domains Fluent in
Italian and English
