The Enterprise Account Manager in Italy identifies, sells, and manages relationships with enterprise accounts, focusing on upselling and new client acquisition through consultative and relationship selling.
- Adopt a consultative sales approach to position security solutions.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain existing renewals and develop a pipeline of new opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams for solution development and workshops.
- Engage at various levels within accounts, including board level.
- Develop account and opportunity plans.
- Maintain customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships with channel and service partners.
- Manage order processes with inside sales and channel partners.
- Use CRM tools for sales management and forecasting.
- Participate in team meetings and account reviews.
- Engage senior executives within accounts when required.
- Maximize opportunities within designated accounts.
- Apply innovative ideas to solve customer business problems.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the security market.
- Maintain knowledge of Trellix products, processes, and promotions.
- Build C-level relationships and interpret opportunities within complex organizations.
- Engage presales and professional services early in the sales cycle.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Experience with channel partners and system integrators.
- Establish industry relationships and work with executive leaders.
- Demonstrate maturity, confidence, patience, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Skills required: Cybersecurity, Account Management, Consultative Selling, Business Planning, Negotiation, Product Knowledge, Forecasting.
