Enterprise Account Executive - Italy (Rome)

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and crave building something new?

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italian market.

You'll work closely with the Sales Director , directly contributing to achieving ambitious sales goals for our DS3-Composer product. This role requires not only strong sales closing abilities but also the capacity to shape strategic direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and grow enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors) to position Cubbit’s solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineers, and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Represent Cubbit at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales , preferably in cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud storage, data security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Technical background (nice to have)

Location :
