Enterprise Account Executive - Italy (Rome)

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and crave building something new?

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italian market.

You'll work closely with the Sales Director, directly contributing to achieving ambitious sales goals for our DS3-Composer product. This role requires not only strong sales closing abilities but also the capacity to shape strategic direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to acquire and grow enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors) to position Cubbit’s solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales engineers, and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates.
  • Represent Cubbit at industry events, conferences, and meetings.

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of cloud storage, data security, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
  • Technical background (nice to have)
