Your mission

The Enterprise Sales Executive at UiPath will work with top enterprise accounts across Insurance and FSI industries in Italy.

This is a senior position operating with C-suite decision makers for our top accounts.

Our sales team is built with experienced, entrepreneurial, and high-energy software sales executives. They work every day with C-level executives and business leaders, including heads of process improvement and automation, to deliver value to client organizations.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedules.
  • Build UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling UiPath solutions through a value-selling approach.
  • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global system integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
  • Collaborate with PreSales and Customer Success groups to ensure customers receive maximum value throughout the lifecycle.
  • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.
What you'll bring to the team
  • Years of experience selling business solutions directly to top executives for large companies in Italy.
  • Successful quota attainment year over year, growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business acquisition and account expansion.
  • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work with client organizations and identify key stakeholders across departments and leadership levels.
  • Data-oriented approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance.
  • Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Fluency in English.
