Anaplan is seeking a highly ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow our business in Italy. You will build on existing strategic accounts and work with partners to expand and acquire new customers. Your role involves demonstrating the value of our connected planning, financial close, and reporting solutions to stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and HR.

You will help customers achieve immediate goals while preparing their business for future growth, leading digital transformation and contributing to Anaplan’s continued expansion. Reporting to the RVP of Sales, there is potential for growth into leadership roles within CEE.

Your Impact

  1. Build a territory plan to maximize market opportunities.
  2. Engage with prospects and clients to identify broken planning processes and demonstrate how Anaplan can solve these issues.
  3. Articulate business value throughout the sales process, manage opportunities, and forecast accurately.
  4. Deliver effective presentations to decision-makers, including CFOs, CROs, and senior leaders.
  5. Manage customer opportunities from start to finish across multiple targets and functions.
  6. Identify expansion opportunities within accounts through cross-selling and up-selling.
  7. Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Solution Consultants, and Customer Success teams.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven consultative sales experience in enterprise companies, ideally with EPM or SaaS solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with growth potential as the business scales.
  • Success in selling to Vice Presidents/Senior Vice Presidents, with a history of high-value deals.
  • Established network within your industry territory, including customers and partners.
  • Experience managing complex partner and internal team organizations.
  • Strong opportunity management skills, capable of handling multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Sales functions and decision-making processes.
