WHO WE ARE

My English School (MyES) was born in 2011 and now has 46 schools in Italy, 2 in Spain and 2 in France.

My English School is an innovative EFL school concept in Italy, which uses a common-sense communicative method, allied to online digital activities and flexibility in the approach to the student timetable. Lessons take place in an open-plan school, using multimedia for audio, video and images.

ABOUT THE ROLE

My English School is looking for a qualified, passionate, English Teacher to join our dynamic and motivated teaching team at our schools in Perugia as soon as possible.

At MyES, Fun and creativity are encouraged in our learning-centered workplace.

We put emphasis on the importance of training for all staff : full training and support will be provided for this role, as well as the chance to be part of the life of the school through ongoing training, team meetings, events and social life.

Our classes are mostly group classes for adults, with a mixture of grammar-based and speaking-based lessons. Our lessons last one hour and with groups of students that can change due to our booking system.

We use a communicative methodology, and make use of technology in the classroom and outside of the classroom.

The figure will report hierarchically to the Director Of Studies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EMPLOYMENT STATUS

CELTA / TEFL / TESOL certificate or equivalent

Permission to work in the EU or a valid work permit for employment in the EU

Our teachers should have at least one year of experience, including online teaching.

High availability in the evenings and on Saturday mornings is important.

We are looking for professionalism, fun and team focus in our teachers.

Experience in business English is a plus for some roles.
