AIBSE, the oldest group of language schools in Italy, is seeking professional, committed EFL teachers. The role requires team-oriented individuals who can deliver high-quality lessons and prepare students for Cambridge English exams.
Ideal candidates will possess a university degree, CELTA or TEFL qualification, and at least two years of teaching experience. The offered net salary ranges from €900 to €1,400 per month, with additional benefits such as ongoing support and training.

Who we are: AIBSE (Associazione Internazionale British Schools of English), founded in 1951, is the oldest group of language schools in Italy and has over 60 schools in Italy. The Group has long‑term business development plans with Cambridge English Assessment and most of its associated schools are Cambridge English Exam Centres for the full suite of exams. Furthermore, AIBSE is accredited by MIM (the Italian Ministry for Education and Research) and authorised to conduct courses/seminars for the professional development of state school teachers. We pride ourselves in updating our didactics, looking into new methodologies, ensuring thorough exam preparation with individual care and attention given to students to allow them to excel – this is what distinguishes the Group. The AIBSE schools provide a range of language courses for adults, teenagers and young learners. It is relied upon as language teaching providers by local and international companies, professionals, local state schools and teachers.

Salary and benefits vary according to the policy of each school. AIBSE offers good starting salaries and official employment contracts. Accommodation can either be provided for by the school or can be reasonably rented.
