What You Will Do

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

  • Excellent Italian (at least C1 level) and English (B2)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Interest in crypto or stock exchange
  • Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)

Background in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics is a plus.
