Lead Our Tech Frontier : Shape the Future of Automotive through AI & Innovation

Responsibilities

• Helps build and scale LeadSpark, one of our core product offerings.
• Leads a high-performing engineering team, fostering clarity, ownership, and growth.
• Solves complex technical challenges, while ensuring system reliability and scalability.
• Works closely with Product, AI, Cloud, and Engineering teams to define technical roadmaps that deliver business value.
• Promotes an AI-native mindset - contribute to integrating AI tools and thinking into our software delivery lifecycle.
• Embeds best practices from DevOps / CI-CD, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership experience in engineering teams (preferably in fast-paced, SaaS or cloud-based environments).
• Deep expertise in PHP and Node.Js, plus familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.Js, React, Angular etc.).
• Solid experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong grasp of architecture patterns, code quality, scalable systems.
• DevOps : CI / CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure as code.
• Passion for tech excellence and skill development : you enjoy mentoring, giving feedback, growing people.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in AI-adjacent environments or led teams through technical transformations.
