Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage engineering projects with a focus on site capacity expansion.
• Coordinate and monitor start-up and ramp-up activities of new departments.
• Forecast timelines and establish deadlines for various development phases.
• Develop and maintain time schedules, define budgets, and coordinate technical aspects.
• Lead and coordinate a team to ensure flawless execution and successful implementation of projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or similar) and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing engineering projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical or CDMO sector.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Outstanding ability to forecast project timelines and manage budgets.
• Demonstrated skills in coordinating, mediating and motivating diverse teams.
• Ability to compete in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a determination to achieve ambitious goals.
• Proficiency in English.
