Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager - Security Standards and Hardening in Italy. You will lead a team delivering rigorous security practices across operating systems, cloud, and edge environments, aligning with FIPS, CIS, STIG, FedRAMP, and Cyber Resilience Act requirements.

This role blends people leadership with hands-on security engineering, shaping secure deployments for millions of users. You will drive cryptographic module work, system hardening, and compliance initiatives, while

Competenze

• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
• Significant experience with FIPS- or Common Criteria-certified products and related standards.
