Job Opportunity: Tech Lead at a Prestigious International Tech Company

We are seeking a talented Tech Lead to join an innovative and highly technological team at a prestigious international tech company.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and lead the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
2. Take responsibility for architectural decisions, supervise implementation, and ensure maintainability, reliability, scalability, and security.
3. Support the development team in high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, maintaining a stimulating and motivating work environment.

Requirements:

1. Solid technical experience with at least 5 years of software development, preferably with knowledge of Python.
2. At least 2 years of leadership experience, managing engineering teams, supervising development processes, and making strategic technical decisions.
3. Practical experience with cloud services and infrastructure, preferably AWS and Databricks.
4. Proven mentorship experience, guiding developers, fostering critical thinking, and enhancing decision-making skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with non-technical stakeholders and external partners.
6. Experience leading initiatives from start to finish, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
7. Fluent in English.
