Overview

Engineering Graduate Programme – Italy, 2026. Two-year programme within GSK’s Global Supply Chain (GSC) to prepare you for future engineering technical, operational roles in your chosen discipline. Location: Rosia. Expected start date: September 2026.

Education required: Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Robotics, Controls & Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity). Graduation by August 2026.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in Italian and English.

Application Information: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and the role will close once sufficient relevant applications are received. Apply as soon as possible. Assessment Centre Date: January – March 2026.

  • Smart Manufacturing & Automation: Drive efficiency using AI and digital technologies; upgrade control systems and robotics as part of manufacturing operations.
  • Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches and visualization to monitor processes and drive improvements.
  • Asset Management: Utilize condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance for optimal performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle challenges and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to energy management and sustainability projects.
