Tecnimont, an MAIRE flagship company, seeks Junior Engineering graduates for an apprenticeship path in Catania, Sicily. You will join multidisciplinary teams to design and implement integrated E&C solutions for large industrial projects worldwide, contributing to energy transition and technology deployment.

The program combines training, mentoring, and direct project involvement, with travel across Italy and abroad.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in listed engineering fields or related background welcomed.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel Italy and abroad.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Execute the assigned design activities following the instructions received, in compliance with the Discipline Quality System, project requirements, and established schedules.
• Keep the team constantly informed of the progress and status of activities.
• Ensure an effective flow of information within the project team.
• Develop studies and analyses under the supervision of the responsible manager, adhering to established work procedures.
• Review engineering documentation prepared by other team members in accordance with applicable procedures, providing observations and comments, as well as examining specifications from other potentially impacted disciplines.
• Prepare or update engineering documentation in compliance with operating procedures, project requirements, and applicable company standards.

Requirements and Personal Characteristics

• Masters Degree in:

Contract Type and Classification

Contract type: Permanent Applicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011)

Job classification level: Apprentice, consistent with job requirements and applicable Collective Agreement

Compensation

The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be 31,041.50€

The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation bonus. Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
