BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOBSupport the development and implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract, retain, and engage a diverse pool of qualified talent for the organization.
- MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition :
- Support the full cycle of talent acquisition, including profile definition, sourcing, assessment, selection, reference checks, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the offer process.
- Support and engage the company’s talent acquisition community by providing tools and platform support (ATS, job platforms), monitoring and providing insights (reports and updated scorecards) to stakeholders (recruiters, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition team) on the use of recruitment channels (ATS, job boards, LinkedIn recruiter licenses).
- Foster partnerships with strategic academic and technical institutions to:
- Identify innovative recruitment and employer branding opportunities.
- Participate in career fairs and organize company presentations.
- Support the design and promotion of internal mobility within the organization.
- Create content for the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding section on the company intranet, including procedures, guidelines, toolkits, best practices, manuals, templates, and reports to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Employer Branding :
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives and campaigns across digital platforms (internal and external), creating content and monitoring results to increase engagement.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, corporate communications, and internal communications to align branding messages and campaigns, coordinate the LinkedIn editorial plan, and publish content on social media platforms (LinkedIn and BoF).
- Support regional HR employer branding efforts by collecting and distributing content.
- Assist in developing projects that promote Zegna’s employee value proposition, including:
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Employee Advocacy programs
- Talent Management and engagement activities

- Essential: 2+ years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role (experience in headhunting or recruitment agencies is a plus).
- Preferred: Experience in digital marketing, employer branding, or communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., HR, business administration).
- Fluent in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
