We are seeking a strategic and influential Employee Success (ES) People Consultant to be a cornerstone of this mission. Based in Milan, you will not only support to steer our People strategy in Italy but also take ownership of high-visibility projects across the EMEA South region. This role is a unique blend of local expertise and regional strategic impact, designed for a professional who is ready to advise senior leaders, shape our culture, and build a foundation for sustainable business success.

Your Strategic Mandate

You will partner closely with the ESBP for Italy and senior business leaders to drive three core objectives:

  • Drive Business Growth: Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning people initiatives directly with growth targets, market expansion, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Champion a High-Performance Culture: Cultivate an environment of excellence, innovation, and belonging. Strengthen our leadership capability through coaching, talent assessment, and succession planning.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence & Risk Mitigation: Guarantee our operations are scalable, compliant with all local regulations (including CCNL Commercio), and aligned with global best practices to protect the business and our people.
Your Impact: What You'll Achieve
  • Be a Trusted Advisor & Leadership Coach: Serve as the go-to consultant for leaders in Italy. Strengthen the leadership team by providing expert coaching on organizational design, complex employee relations, succession planning, and navigating change.
  • Orchestrate High-Impact People Programs: Champion the end-to-end execution of critical ES programs, including compensation planning, talent reviews, promotions, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management, ensuring they are tailored for maximum local impact.
  • Forge Powerful Partnerships: Operate at the heart of our ES ecosystem, collaborating seamlessly with Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and regional teams to deliver world-class support and programs.
  • Become a Data-Driven Storyteller: Analyze trends in performance, retention, and employee satisfaction to provide the business with a clear view of organizational health. You will translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Lead Strategic Regional Projects: Take the lead on or contribute to key initiatives across EMEA South, from policy harmonization and process improvements to the rollout of new digital HR systems that enhance our employee experience at scale.
What You'll Bring to the Team

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Generalist, People Partner, or strategic operational role.
  • Deep expertise in Italian labor law and HR practices, with demonstrated experience applying CCNL Commercio.
  • Proven success operating within a fast-paced, international, and matrixed organization, ideally in the software/tech industry.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to link HR initiatives to tangible business outcomes.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English is essential. An additional European language like Spanish is an advantage.
