Employee Relations & Policies Specialist

Join us as an Employee Relations & Policies Specialist at Accenture Italia .

We are seeking a resource to join our Employee Relations Team to provide leadership and strategic direction on HR compliance, ensuring alignment with Accenture’s Core Values and Code of Business Ethics. The role involves promoting fair and equitable treatment of employees, effective communication, policy enforcement, workplace conflict investigation, and resolution to foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expertise on HR policies, supporting HR representatives in interpretation and implementation.
  • Assist HR Partners and management in handling routine employee issues and misconduct cases.
  • Participate in investigations related to workplace violations.
  • Contribute to program and change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication within the team.
  • Support health monitoring processes and manage low-complexity union relations.

Job Qualifications :

  • At least 4 years of experience in Labor Relations within a multinational company with complex structures.
  • Knowledge of Italian labor legislation, union protocols, and HR practices, including handling employee complaints.
  • Experience working with works councils and trade unions, including drafting agreements and negotiations of low complexity.
  • Master’s degree in legal or economic disciplines preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
