CDR Health Care Inc. is seeking individuals who are interested in working as an EMT in Naples-Collier County, FL, within the state of Florida for upcoming projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Recording a patient's medical information accurately
  • Back-up relief for all staff positions as needed
  • Adhere to all company policies and rules
  • Perform specific tasks as requested by the incident commander or supervisor
  • Provide emotional and psychological support when needed
  • Communicate with patient's family or friends to provide advice, comfort, and instructions
  • Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, etc. as needed
  • Patient assessment and monitoring, vital signs

Minimum Requirements :

  • Current State of Florida EMT license required in good standing.
  • Proven experience as an EMT.
  • Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Above average physical condition and stamina.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress.
  • Excellent observation skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30 pounds.
  • Must submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Ability to provide Form I-9 documents that show your identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Other duties which may arise that commensurate with the title and position.
  • Bilingual (Highly Preferred not Required) .

Schedule :

  • Day Shift 8am-5pm (Hours subject to change)
  • Open Monday to Friday.
