Arrow Electronics, Inc. in Milan, IT seeks a Junior Trade Compliance Specialist with French to support EU/US export controls across the EMEA region. You will help ensure shipments comply with laws, process licensing requests, and assist in risk management with a multinational team.

You’ll work on export classifications, due diligence, and cross-functional coordination while developing expertise in customs, HTS/tariff, and compliance workflow within a global tech distributor.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Customs, or International Trade.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Business fluency in Italian and English with French at least B2/C1 level.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Self-starter, comfortable navigating challenging or ambiguous situations.
• Background in customs, logistics, or HTS/tariff classification is preferred.
• Interest in the semiconductor industry and technology affinity.

Mansioni

• Process global supply chain partner reviews, including restricted/denied parties list checks and due diligence verifications.
• Collect, review, and vet End Use Statements.
• Monitor and clear transactions in line with applicable laws and regulations.
• Analyze transactional reports.
• Support government license applications and reports with increasing complexity.
• Respond to internal compliance requests.
• Classify commodities based on EU/US Dual-Use lists.
• Conduct and document due diligence for partners and transactions.
