Job Title: EMEA Sales Director – Mobile Data Networks (Based in Italy)

Overview:

Our client, a leading global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions, is seeking a hands-on Sales Director for the EMEA region. This full-time, permanent, remote position can be based anywhere in Europe.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience with EMEA Mobile Operators
  • Proven sales experience with IP Infrastructure hardware and/or software
  • Track record in acquiring new customers and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and business development
  • Strong influencing skills at all management levels
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment with minimal supervision
  • Technical aptitude and strategic thinker
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing EMEA accounts and develop new ones, driving sales pipeline to exceed revenue and margin targets
  • Maximize sales performance, customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
  • Build and lead a strategic team to support sales objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales processes
  • Develop strong relationships with channel partners and key accounts
  • Coordinate with Customer Support and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create and implement annual business plans aligned with company objectives
  • Maintain deep understanding of product offerings and market needs
  • Expand network within key accounts, engaging with executives at all levels
