ABB in Milano, Italy, is seeking a Regional Demand Planning Manager to own the end-to-end demand planning process for the ELIP EMEA portfolio. You will translate customer demand signals into reliable supply plans and lead S&OP discussions across sites and regions.

The role reports to the Head of Operations and requires 7+ years in demand planning, a strong analytical mindset, and proficiency in SAP planning tools. Hybrid onsite work is supported, with regional accountability across product lines.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• APICS CPIM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain or operations in an industrial/manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Own and lead end-to-end demand planning for the ELIP EMEA portfolio across all product lines and sites.
• Lead the S&OP process driving alignment between demand forecasts, capacity and inventory.
• Run robust short-term planning and execution, ensuring alignment across manufacturing units.
