• Reports To : R&D Deployment Manager Oral Care

What You Will Do

• R&D Oral Care Deployment Scientist is responsible for conducting research, planning and conducting experiments, analyzing results, and providing solutions to problems of moderate complexity.
• Conduct research and experiments to develop innovative oral care products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments in oral care science.
• Lead scientific discussions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure product efficacy and safety.
• Conduct cutting-edge research in oral care science using advanced methodologies and techniques.
• Lead the development of innovative scientific concepts and technologies to drive product advancement.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in project execution from design to data analysis and reporting, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze complex data sets to generate creative and impactful solutions.
• Contribute to the scientific community through publications and presentations at national conferences.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a research or product development role
• Strong knowledge of oral care ingredients and formulations
• Proficiency in cGMPs, statistical analysis software, and data documentation systems
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts effectively

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with formulation lab and pilot-scale equipment set-up and operation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on technical writing
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and influence others positively
