  • Humanising our brand through relationships on the ground with key communities and protagonists from the cultural space
  • Owning targeted brand extensions that feed off specific city insights
  • Fuelling our global engine with cultural insights and relevant relationships for brand partnerships

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

This role will be responsible for leading a diverse and connected team focused on the following core duties :

  • Influence and adapt the EMEA Culture Marketing strategy, to sustain city competitive advantage
  • Drive and maintain a powerful network and portfolio of cultural relationships in Milan, to Energise the brand and Create the Future of Sport
  • Providing outstanding service and brand management for all Catalyst relationships
  • Build visionary marketing concepts and narratives for identified Milan talent which push the boundaries of creativity and sport
  • Drive planning and execution of CBM concepts with internal stakeholders
  • Drive integration with NHBD and SNKRS team to ensure the Catalyst Brand Architecture and Catalyst Launch calendar advises the consumer journey
  • Gather structured and continuous visionary consumer insights to allow us to better serve Visionary members in Milan, and to feed back to EMEA / Global in order to help long-term & seasonal concepts
  • Build, develop, engage and empower a high-performing, diverse and agile team of Marketing, Relationship and Operations - Managers and Specialists.
  • Direct and be accountable for the allocation of resources to meet financial performance requirements

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

This role will sit at the Milan Marketing Leadership Team table and work fluidly with all team members, both to drive better relationships with our members in the city and also to drive a diverse & inclusive high-performing, growth orientated culture in our marketing team where everyone can be himself / herself on a daily basis.

You will also work closely with the EMEA and GLOBAL Catalyst Brand Management team, always with a growth mindset to contribute towards our global strategy. You will act as a key advisor to the EMEA Catalyst Brand Management Senior Director in wider strategic discussions and influence organisational needs / processes that should be implemented in order for plans to be performed to the highest standard.

Work cross-functionally in the Milan office with key partners such as Sports Marketing, Purpose, and Consumer Insights in service of our athletes and consumers. And partner closely with Nike Retail and Brand Creative leaders to editorialise key moments and narratives to create energy through our storytelling.
