PENTAX Medical is seeking an experienced International Event Manager to drive planning and execution of EMEA events, congresses and fairs. You will align with Global strategy, coordinate with Marcom, Product Marketing and Sales, and ensure KPI tracking and budget adherence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and travel across the EMEA region to deliver consistent brand representation at events, webinars and fairs. Fluent in English and German is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Proven ability to organize and execute international events with cross-functional stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Organize and execute international events in the EMEA region (on-site and online).
• Develop EMEA-wide event concepts aligned with global campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event activities including internal and external communications.
• Ensure delivery of all event-related activities from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and event service providers.
• Analyze and evaluate events against KPIs and budgets, driving lead collection.
• Coordinate the EMEA Marketing budget, forecasting, and quarterly reporting.
• Oversee branding consistency and compliance across events.
