The primary purpose of this position is to sell the vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to Doctors. In addition, the CSS will be the clinical expert within the vascular team.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
- Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
- Provide service to clinical customers, including case planning, support, and assisting in the OR to achieve successful outcomes using vascular devices.
- Conduct daily contact, execute product roll-outs, present new technologies, and uncover opportunities within accounts.
- Provide technical product training to clinical customers and team members on Cook’s medical devices.
- Inform Regional Business Managers, Commercial Business Managers, and Account Specialists about developments and trends within the product portfolio.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to division personnel promptly.
- Seek and evaluate new product ideas, facilitating communication with sales and account managers.
- Ensure all product information is accurately distributed and understood by customers and team.
- Participate in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, sharing relevant information with the divisional team.
- Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate.

Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
- Work closely with the sales team and support functions to provide excellent service to customers and patients.
- Collaborate with the Account Specialist to meet or exceed objectives and targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
- Ability to interpret clinical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English and relevant languages, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and numeric skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, averaging 3-4 overnight stays per week.
- Current driving license.
