The primary purpose of this position is to sell the vascular portfolio by providing hands-on clinical support and education to doctors. In addition, the CSS will be the clinical expert within the vascular team.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities will encompass, but will not be limited to:
- Develop an excellent knowledge of the product portfolio and related devices.
- Provide service to clinical customers, including case planning and support, being present in the OR to help staff achieve successful outcomes using vascular devices, daily contact, executing product roll-outs, presenting new technologies, and uncovering opportunities within the account.
- Provide technical product training to clinical customers and team members on Cook’s medical devices as required.
- Inform Regional Business Manager, Commercial Business Manager, and Account Specialists about developments and trends within the product portfolio.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to division personnel in a timely manner.
- Seek and evaluate new product ideas, providing information to the Sales Manager and facilitating ongoing communication.
- Ensure all new or updated product information is distributed and understood by customers and team.
- Participate in relevant local and international exhibitions, meetings, and lectures, forwarding relevant information to the divisional team.
- Provide written reports to the Regional Business Manager as appropriate.

Develop and maintain active relationships with key accounts and regional physicians.
- Work closely with the sales team and support functions to provide the best service to customers and patients.
- Collaborate with the Account Specialist to meet or exceed objectives and targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant clinical procedures is desirable.
- Ability to interpret clinical data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High self-motivation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English and other relevant languages, both written and verbal.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and numeric skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively, averaging 3 to 4 overnights per week.
- Current driving license.
